See hand placement, movement, light-pressure guidance, and clear cues for when to pause or stop.
Timers, optional voice, haptics, pause, repeat, and next controls help the routine flow without constant rewinding.
Use the optional live mirror or choose guide-only mode. The routine remains yours either way.
Maraze turns authored massage guidance into a calm sequence you can see, hear, and follow at your own pace.
Rest your fingertips gently on the tops of both shoulders.
Every feature answers a reason busy beginners put off a gentle reset: uncertainty, time, privacy, or friction.
Start with 27 standard routines across eight areas. Twenty Special Routines are earned gradually through Calm Garden progress—never presented as an instant unlock.
Voice, haptics, timers, repeat, pause, next, and finish controls keep the next movement clear.
Each step labels feather-light, light, or light–medium pressure and includes area-specific stop cues.
Qualifying completions reveal the Calm Garden piece by piece, supporting repetition without pressure.
No recording
Live-mirror mode places a fixed instructional guide over the on-device preview. It does not identify your body, sense pressure, or evaluate your health.
Maraze uses separate services for purchases, attribution, and masked diagnostics. Camera privacy does not mean the app collects no technical data.
A short neck, shoulder, back, hand, or forearm reset after a screen-heavy day.
Gentle hand and forearm guidance for creators, gamers, musicians, crafters, and caregivers.
A calm leg or foot wind-down for ordinary tiredness after walking or time on your feet.
A repeatable evening ritual with optional relaxing audio and reminders you control.
