Stop guessing where your hands go.

Turn a few spare minutes into a gentle self-massage reset for the area you choose. Maraze shows where to place your hands, how to move, how lightly to press, and when to stop. Most standard routines take four to six minutes.

Guided wellness self-massage. Not diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for professional care.

Your camera is a choice, not a condition.

Live-mirror mode places a fixed instructional guide over the on-device preview. It does not identify your body, sense pressure, or evaluate your health.

  • Camera frames are not captured, saved, or uploaded.
  • Guide-only mode keeps timers, media, voice, haptics, and controls.
  • You decide whether to grant camera permission.
  • Session history never contains images or video.

Maraze uses separate services for purchases, attribution, and masked diagnostics. Camera privacy does not mean the app collects no technical data.

Is Maraze medical care or a pain treatment?

No. Maraze provides general-wellness education. It does not diagnose, treat, rehabilitate, cure, or replace care from a qualified professional.

How long are the routines?

Twenty-five of the 27 standard routines take four to six minutes. Maraze shows the exact duration before you begin; Special Routines are typically seven or eight minutes.

Do I have to use the camera?

No. Guide-only mode keeps the same step media, timers, optional voice and haptics, and session controls without camera access.

Does the camera record, scan, or correct me?

No. Camera frames are not captured, saved, or uploaded. The live mirror uses fixed, manually positioned guides; it does not track posture, identify anatomy, sense pressure, or adapt to your body.

What is saved about a completed session?

Local session history stores the routine identifier, completion time, and elapsed duration. It does not include images or video. There is currently no customer account or cloud sync.

How do the Maraze plans work?

Maraze offers Yearly and Weekly auto-renewing plans through Apple. The App Store shows the localized price and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. A trial is shown only when Apple and RevenueCat confirm eligibility. Subscriptions can be managed in Apple ID settings.

When should I stop a routine?

Stop immediately for pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, weakness, nausea, or unusual discomfort. For severe, sudden, persistent, or concerning symptoms—or when a health condition may affect massage safety—speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
