Pre-release notice: plan availability, localized pricing, introductory-offer eligibility, and purchase restoration must be confirmed in the production App Store environment.

1. The Maraze service

These Terms of Service govern access to Maraze’s application features, content, purchases, and related services (the “Service”). They supplement the Terms of Use, which govern safe and acceptable use. By accessing the Service or starting a purchase, you agree to both.

Maraze is offered by the application provider identified on its App Store product page (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Apple is not the Provider, but Apple processes App Store transactions and applies its own media-services, billing, and licensed-application terms.

Maraze is a general-wellness education product. Access to the Service does not create a medical, clinician-patient, therapist-client, or other professional-care relationship.

2. Plans and paid access

Maraze may offer auto-renewing Yearly and Weekly plans through Apple. The exact plan name, price, currency, billing period, included access, and any introductory offer shown on the App Store purchase sheet control your transaction.

An active plan provides access to the standard premium experience while the applicable purchase entitlement remains active. The current product includes 27 standard routines. Twenty additional Special Routines are part of an earn-and-choose progression and are not all unlocked immediately by subscribing.

Features, routine counts, progression rules, and plan options may change as described under Availability and changes. We will not intentionally remove paid access before the end of a current subscription period except where required for security, law, platform policy, nonpayment, or a breach of these terms.

3. Introductory offers and trials

A free trial or discounted introductory offer is available only when Apple supplies that offer for the selected product and your purchase history is confirmed as eligible. Seeing general promotional language outside the App Store purchase sheet does not guarantee eligibility.

Before confirming a transaction, review the App Store sheet for the offer duration, price after the offer, charge date, billing period, and cancellation terms. Unless you cancel before the trial or offer ends within the time Apple requires, the plan will automatically convert to the paid subscription shown on that sheet.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

Apple processes payments using the payment method associated with your Apple Account. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. RevenueCat receives an app-user identifier and purchase status so Maraze can determine whether premium access is active and restore eligible purchases.

Plans renew automatically. Unless you turn off automatic renewal in your Apple subscription settings, Apple will renew the plan at the end of each billing period and charge the price then in effect, subject to Apple’s notice and consent requirements for price changes.

Taxes and currency conversion may vary by location and are handled as shown by Apple. Apple controls billing timing, payment authorization, failed-payment handling, receipts, and storefront availability.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not ordinarily end access immediately. Unless Apple states otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

Deleting Maraze, clearing local data, or losing the device does not cancel an active App Store subscription. You must manage the subscription through Apple.

Apple controls App Store refund decisions. Requests for refunds must be submitted through Apple’s applicable support process and remain subject to Apple’s terms and mandatory consumer law. Maraze does not promise a separate money-back guarantee.

6. Restore purchases and entitlement status

You may use Maraze’s Restore Purchases action on an eligible device signed into the same Apple Account used for the transaction. Premium access is granted when RevenueCat confirms the applicable Maraze entitlement as active.

Restoration may be delayed or unavailable because of App Store connectivity, account mismatch, billing issues, platform outages, an expired or refunded plan, or circumstances outside our control. If restoration fails, confirm the Apple Account and subscription status before contacting support.

Restoring a subscription does not restore local profile choices, favorites, reminders, history, or collectible progress. Those items currently remain only on the device and are not tied to a customer account.

7. Availability, updates, and changes

The Service may not be available on every device, operating system, language, country, or storefront. Paid post-onboarding access is currently designed for iOS; Android and web should not be treated as available paid products unless the relevant store listing says otherwise.

We may update routines, artwork, audio, features, eligibility requirements, technical dependencies, or the Service itself to improve Maraze, maintain safety and security, comply with law or platform requirements, or reflect product changes. Updates may require a compatible device or current app version.

We may discontinue a plan for new purchasers or change future prices. Existing billing and access will be handled through Apple’s notices, consent rules, and subscription terms, together with applicable law.

8. Apple and other service providers

Maraze depends on third-party platforms and services, including:

  • Apple and StoreKit for distribution, localized prices, payment, renewal, cancellation, receipts, and refund requests;
  • RevenueCat for purchase status and premium-entitlement handling;
  • AppsFlyer for attribution, deep links, and selected funnel events; and
  • Sentry for masked diagnostics and session-replay tooling configured by the Provider.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their systems may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain the integrations we choose to use.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Maraze at any time. Stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription; follow the cancellation process above.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, a material breach of these terms, platform requirements, or nonpayment. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will continue to apply.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, device compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee a physical, wellness, or therapeutic result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunities arising from access to or use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights you have under consumer-protection law.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Provider, without overriding mandatory consumer rights or conflict-of-law protections that apply where you live.

Before filing a formal claim, you and the Provider agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern through the support contact on Maraze’s App Store product page. If informal resolution is not possible, a dispute may be brought in the courts or forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms of Service as the Service, billing arrangements, platform rules, or law changes. Updated terms will display a revised effective date. Material changes will receive any additional notice or consent required by law.

Questions about subscriptions or these terms may be sent through the support contact shown on Maraze’s App Store product page. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests may need to be handled directly by Apple.
